How To Repair Roll Down Shutters

This is PLC Program for the auto/manual operation of roll downwards shutters in industry.

PLC based Roll down Shutters Operation

PLC can be used to control the auto/manual shutter operation. Manual or automatic command performance can be selected via a selector switch. In automatic operation shutter operation is depended on the photo sensor. Write PLC program for the awarding using ladder diagram linguistic communication.

PLC Solution

Here consider two operation for the roll down shutter application. In transmission operation shutter can be opened and closed past using manual switches (transmission up and transmission down).

For mode selection, we have considered here style pick switch then It can be used to select fashion (Auto and manual).

In automatic manner, mode selector switch should exist ON. Here we have used photo sensitive switch for shutter upward and downwards process. When solar day light is not detected shutter volition be ON and if day light is detected shutter will be OFF.

Ii limit switches are used for shutter up and downwardly control.

Listing of Inputs/Outputs

List of Inputs

• X0 :- Auto/manual switch
• X1 :- Photo sensitive switch
• X2 :- Shutter up limit switch
• X3 :- Manual UP
• X4 :- Shutter down limit switch
• X5 :- Manual down

Listing of Outputs

• Y0 :- Manual fashion ON
• Y1 :- Shutter Up
• Y2 :- Shutter downward

Ladder Logic Description

Network one :-

Here mode selection logic is used. Fashion selector switch (X0) should be ON for auto fashion and it should be OFF for manual fashion.

Network 2 :-

In auto mode shutter upward output will be ON if auto manner selected and it will remain ON till shutter up limit switch is detected. In transmission mode shutter upwards output volition be ON when manual upward is pressed and it volition remain ON till shutter up limit is detected.

Network 3 :-

In auto mode shutter down output will exist ON if auto mode selected and it volition remain ON till shutter down limit switch is detected. In manual mode shutter downwards output will exist ON when manual down is pressed and information technology will remain ON till shutter downwards limit is detected.

Note :- Above application may exist dissimilar from actual application. This example is only for explanation purpose simply. We tin can implement this logic in other PLC also. This is the simple whorl downward shutter command in manufacture using PLC, we tin can use this concept in other examples also.

All parameters and graphical representations considered in this example are for explanation purpose only, parameters or representation may be unlike in actual applications. Also all interlocks are not considered in the application.
